Billing and plans, answered.

How does billing work?

You are invoiced monthly or yearly, whichever you choose. Yearly billing is 10 months of the monthly price for the full year, so 2 months are free.

What does the trial include?

A workspace set up for the suites you ask for, so you can work with your own records. Request a trial from the pricing builder or a suite page and we configure it for you.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT at 7.5% is added to your invoice.

How do we pay?

By bank transfer against the invoice we send you. We do not take card details on the site.

Can we cancel?

There is no long contract. You can stop at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Is there a limit on staff seats?

No. Staff seats are unlimited on every plan, so you do not pay more for adding people.

Can we add a suite later?

Yes. When you add a suite, the bundle discount applies from the next invoice: 15% off with two suites and 25% off with all three.

What about HR and Payroll, and Group?

Both are add-ons. HR and Payroll is ₦30,000 a month for 20 employees, then ₦2,500 per employee. Group is ₦75,000 a month and needs at least one suite.

We run more than one company. What do we need?

Multi-company is on the Enterprise plan, from ₦400,000 a month. It covers all suites with one company each and includes Group consolidation. Talk to us and we will size it to the companies you run.
